Crisis & Crowd Management STCW Section A-V/2 and table A-V/2

Crowd & Crisis management training is required for all personnel designated to assist passengers in an emergency as per STCW regulation V/2, paragraph 4. The aim is to provide seafarers with the necessary knowledge, understanding and proficiency to carry out designated duties, help ensure safety and contingency plans, and how to handle a situation when a crisis emerge.  It is of utmost importance that all personnel involved in and having responsibility for passengers are able to understand their reactions and how they will act when they are in a critical situation.

Upon successful completion of the crowd & crisis management training course, all candidates will be certified in accordance with  STCW 2010.
